Inspired from the Finnish nationals deck Keinosieventäjä with help from MTGSalvation Forum's Tezzeret Time Warp.

Win conditions (in order of effectiveness): Glassdust Hulk, Tezzeret the Seeker, Vedalken Outlander.
Here's an example ideal play to get into the extra turns:
This deck definitely doesn't run itself, there's a lot of decisions to make. It is difficult to get into the combo extra turn routine, but once there, with a few Howling Mines out, you can discard enough artifacts into the graveyard that after time sieving an extra turn, playing Open the Vaults to return them all to play (including 2 Glassdust Hulks), sac 2 sets of time sieves for 2 more turns then on the next turn Open the Vaults, buffing your Hulks to 13/14s and swinging for lethal.
